Inspiration ideas that keep me awake at 5 am!!

Why this always happen at this hours of the night? I have an urge feeling to go back and live in Cusco only problem husband doesn't speak proper spanish yet and what kind of job he could do there? I want to go back, I want to go back!!!


"Dicen que la tierra llama" translation your land calls you and in this case it's true. I feel I need to go back there and I feel happy that I know now what I want to do and what I need. So I better start saving then as I want to walk, run, breath that lovely fresh air that can only be smell in the highlands. Eat fresh bread, lovely organic farm products and seasonal fruits.

Feeling homesick

This is me in lovely Cuzco in the highlands of Peru, Two years ago we decided to remember the place where Nick and I met, It's amazing how some places never change like the time never past.
I miss Peru of course but sometimes I miss it more specially in December. Let me tell you a bit about our Christmas celebrations.

Christmas is celebrated on the 24th December. In the evening, the family get together and drink champagne. My mom used to prepare roast Turkey with apple sauce and Waldorf salad. Panetonne and hot chocolate after that. We celebrate the nativity of Jesus at midnight. Then we go near to the tree to open the presents
Fireworks at midnight are a must! We used to stay awake till 3 in the morning of course on the 25th no one is in the streets everyone is recovering from the night before he he!!
